ORDERING INFORMATION

All major credit cards are accepted; Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.

Nailtiques accepts checks or money orders drawn from a US bank, Make checks payable to Nailtiques. To pay by check or money order, click here for the order form, fill out and mail it to us. There is a $25.00 service charge for returned checks.

Sales tax is charged only on orders shipping to Florida.

Nailtiques has made every effort to insure safe shopping through our website.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Nailtiques offers free standard shipping for domestic retail orders totaling $50.00 or more (excluding taxes). There is a $5.00 flat rate shipping charge for orders under $50.00 that are shipped in the United States. International shipping is available. Please contact Customer Service for rates.

Orders placed by 2 pm EST normally ship the same day.

Generally, orders shipped in the United States are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders being shipped to a PO Box, APO or to zip codes beginning with an 8 or 9 will ship via US Priority Mail.

For faster delivery, Three Day, Two Day and Next Day Services are available. Contact Customer Service for rate information.

Air deliveries are guaranteed when orders are placed before 12 noon (EST) Monday through Friday.

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES

Nailtiques accepts returns only in the event of product damage in shipping or manufacturer’s defect. Keep the original packaging and product and contact Customer Service for return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Inspect shipments immediately. Report damages and/or shortages to Nailtiques within 24 hours.

In the event merchandise is damaged, insist that visible damages be noted by the carrier. Retain the original invoice, damaged products and the original carton. An inspection report from the carrier may be required to file a claim.

If the package is severely damaged, require that the carrier return the merchandise to Nailtiques. Upon verification, a replacement or credit will be issued.

DOT restrictions on air shipping

Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transport. However, the US Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap.

Restricted items include: Non-Acetone Remover & Remover with Acetone
We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly. We therefore require ground only delivery for orders that contain DOT-restricted products.

Nailtiques products are salon-tested.
Not tested on animals.
